startitle3Frantic Franko: A Bergzwerg Gone Berserk is a funny albeit twisted little piece about a nasty dwarven warrior (axe and all that) and his quest for revenge. AND about the dwarf’s mysterious bag of junk conversation system..  (more in-depth summary here)

This is also a game that takes its characters’ development very seriously. As the the demo starts you’ll be already wondering if Franko is just another manly, invincible hero, a mad introvert genius, a primitive brute, or a complete psycho? By the time it ends… you’ll be permanently perplexed. Download it here or here.

czachaFinally, there has come the moment that I was waiting for a very long time – I can start a production diary for my own adventure game! Not because I have just put together a loose concept or created the first artwork, no. So, while much much work still needs to be done, even on the demo, from this moment on there will be always  some solid virtual entity to refer to. In other words, Frantic Franko now lives! (more…)

mi1gifs005There is progress to report. Lots of it. And I can back up my words with all kinds of progress bars, progress gauges and recorded line counts (currently at 15.06%) that are now available to see at the official website here and here. The important news is that from dozens of applicants we have now finally chosen an actor to play Bob (the guy dancing on the right). The lucky person gave a performance completely different to what we discussed for the character’s traits, but still somehow won us over. The second important news is that we have publicly released a sort of WIP or demo of a patch that gets your copy of Secret of Monkey Island 100% voiced (but you’ll be grateful only for the aforementioned 15%)! il5This little comic strip was originally created to sweeten the reading time for people brave enough to venture into my giant-sized, almost philosophical essay Gamer’s (illusion of) freedom about how games limit your actions to the extreme and make you love it. Still, the comic is a minor masterpiece in itself, so it should be made possible to be admired by everyone. (more…)

snapsh102Here it is at last! Here you can watch the full movie! My premiere animated short! It was created by me and a small group of similar amateurs over the course of 2 very intense days, everyone contributing a part of his soul.

The film was part of a festival celebrating the art and memories of Warsaw from the 50s. The few happy and light moments of that pretty grim period in Poland’s history. (more…)
